Are Your Courses Accredited?
Yes, all our courses are accredited by either ABT, IPHM or both. ABT and IPHM are considered to be the gold standard of accreditation and their trust mark means you can be confident that your course meets the highest professional standards.

Can I Really Learn a Hands on Skill Online?
Most definitely! Online learning can be a great way to learn new hands on skills. To ensure you get the full experience and see the techniques in action we offer live demonstrations, live assessments and video reviews, so we can be sure you are able to put the information you learn here to use.
Why Are Your Courses More Expensive Than Other Online Courses?
Simply put it's because it costs more to run our courses. Other online courses will not offer you face to face support, online demonstrations, live reviews of your work, 365 support or insurable training. Our aim is to provide you with online training that is as close to classroom based learning as possible, giving you the best of both worlds.
How Will I Access My Training Materials?
Once you sign up for your course all your theory will be delivered to you via our online learning platform. You will receive an email advising you how to log on. Demonstrations will be conducted via Zoom, with timimgs agreed between you and your tutor.
How Long Do I Have to Complete my Course?
We don't put a time limit on our courses but we recommend that you try to complete them in 6 - 12 weeks to maintain your momentum. During your course we'll regularly make contact with you to see how you are progressing and to offer any assistance you might need.
Where Will I be Able to Work Once I Complete my Course?
This kind of training is generally aimed at individuals who want to work on a self employed basis. To work in a spa or salon you will normally need a NVQ level qualification, as well as these courses for treatments not covered in your NVQ, however this is not always the case.
Can I Pay in Installments?

How Are Courses Assessed?
Different courses have different assessment criteria however assessment is usually completed either live, where your tutor watches you complete the treatment, via case studies, by video submission or a combination of all three.
What Kind of Support is Available?
Once you sign up you'll be allocated a tutor who you can reach by email 365 days a year. You'll have the option to have regular one to ones with them via Zoom and we'll check in on your weekly. After you complete your course you'll access to our life time support guarantee, meaning we'll always be available if you need us, even long as you've finished your training.
